Patrick Winder

Neurological Exercise Physiologist MCIExPhys | BExSc | ESSAM AEP

Patrick became an exercise physiologist in order to help others overcome the impact of their injuries or conditions, and be able to constantly learn at the same time. His involvement with sport, especially AFL, in both a playing and coaching role has been a driving factor in pursuing a career in the Sport Science area.

Patrick loves that that in his role, no two days are the same and each client means different ways of thinking and conducting treatment. His approach is a mixture of practical and creative, with an understanding that there is no magic pill fix — lasting results take time and dedication.

Patrick has an AES and AEP following graduation of Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology (2020) at Southern Cross University. He has gained experience in the field of Musculoskeletal Injury Rehab (Arthritis and Associated conditions) and Neurological Rehabilitation. He is also currently studying a Graduate Certificate in Neurological Rehabilitation at ECU.
