Lisa has a genuine interest in the workings of the human body, and is driven to apply knowledge from anatomy, physiology and biomechanics into clinical practice.

Lisa values being able to get to know her clients over a period of time, and meaningfully contribute to their lives. She prefers to work with a diverse mix of neurological presentations, and gets an extra kick when she is required to think outside the box to solve a movement problem.

Describing her approach to clinical practice, Lisa says: “I work with clients based their goals. I endeavor to listen and provide them with choice and autonomy based on evidence-informed practice. Along with collaborating with my clients, I also value collaboration with other allied health/medical professionals to provide a holistic approach to ensure the best possible client-centered care.”

Of Steps, Lisa says she loves how passionate her colleagues are about their work, and wanting to provide the best care for their clients. “In the clinic office everyone is so genuinely supportive of each other, but we also love to have a laugh and this is important.”
