James (Jim) believes that any movement is better than no movement, and enjoyment is a key component of his clinical approach.

Jim helps people find the determination they need to succeed. And not just succeed, but often exceed their own expectations.

He is particularly interested in working within brain injury and progressive neurological disorders, including but not limited to Multiple Sclerosis.

Jim enjoys being part of the the friendly, welcoming and hard working environment at Steps. His kind, caring and dedicated approach to his work means that he creates friendly and trusting relationships with his clients.

Jim holds a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Deakin), and a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science / Bachelor of Business Sports Management (Deakin).
